Peter Souhleris

Peter is the co-founder of CityLight Homes and The Flipping Formula, which is a national real estate education program. His background includes growing up in Lynn where he developed an interest in architecture. His interest then led him to obtaining an architectural degree at the Wentworth Institute in Boston. Post graduation, he acquired a job at a small firm. However, he desired to push farther with his interests, which led him to the decision of starting his own company. He specializes in home design and many major TV networks ask him for his own opinion. This caused Pete and Dave to create the A&E show, Flipping Boston. Aside from having his own business, he also created the Christian Angel Smile Foundation with his wife in 2007. Together with his wife, Desi, the pair give food and other essentials to kids in need during the holiday season. A fun fact about Peter is that he also DJ's.

Dave Seymour

Dave Seymour is also the co-founder of both CityLight Homes and the Flipping Formula. His work experience includes having his own construction company before joining with Peter to start CityLight Homes. This helped him perfect the methods of construction and project management. This caused Pete and Dave to create the A&E show, Flipping Boston. He also served with the Lynn Fire Department for fifteen years as both a medic and a firefighter. A fun fact about Dave is that he is originally from London and immigrated to the United States in 1986. In 2008, he attended many real estate investing classes and was asked to teach the basics by many in the U.S. and Canada. He is accompanied by a wife and three sons.

The pair also have a book that features more about their history and how they met. A fun fact about Peter and Dave is that they actually met through Craigslist, where they both decided to work on their first deal together. Both have struggled with finances in the past, and this first deal was the start of a new business and career.
